Michael Shingledecker has over 25 years of experience in contracts, procurement, logistics, and warehousing across a broad range of industries in both commercial and government contracting. This includes developing policies and business systems as well hands-on operational experience. He also possesses a strong IT background which complements his ability to automate processes and increase productivity. He is currently the Federal Solutions Procurement Director at Parsons Corporation in Centreville, VA and is responsible for subcontract administration, purchasing, logistics/Government Property, and the small business office. He has successfully led two companies through Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) in 2011, 2016, and 2018. Michael is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and served as President of NCMA’s Dulles Corridor Chapter for three years. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park.
